One Piece live-action is confirmed for a second season. Netflix released a video from One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda confirming that the Straw Hat crew are coming back for a second Season. Oda Teases a drawing of Tony Tony Chopper in the video saying the crew will need a great doctor.
The One Piece live action series on Netflix has been gaining a lot of positive reviews from current One Piece fans of the anime and Manga. A lot of the viewers who have never seen an episode of One Piece are becoming new fans of the series. Newcomers have a lot of catching up to do if they’re thinking about watching the anime as the there are currently over 1000+ episodes.
A release date hasn’t been confirmed but we do know Oda will still be working closely on the set to make sure the 2nd season is just as good as the first one. The One Piece live-action series is one of the few live-action anime adaptations to get the thumbs up from most viewers, up there with the Rurouni Kenshin live-action Movies.
